Refund policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 21 days from the date of purchase. Our return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by use or accidents. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, unworn/unused, un-laundered, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Refunds can take up to 14 business days from date the item is received, depending on your bank/creditor.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. Love it, but need a different size? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 14 days of the original order date. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at percyedesigns@gmail.com (Subject line: Exchange)

Items NOT available for refund/exchange: Items customized with names or player numbers.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
